The Brinsea Octagon 20 Advance EX is essentially an Octagon 20 Advance incubator with a matching Humidity Pump.
The correct humidity can be crucial to high hatch success rates with trickier bird breeds.
The additional Humidity Pump is supplied with foam lined egg dividers to protect fragile or damaged eggs from jolts.
With a standard Octagon 20 Advance, a read out of current humidity is available on the digital display unit, however with the humidity pump module fitted, you are able to set a required humidity level and this will be maintained regardless of ambient humidity and temperature in the surrounding room.
The added advantage to using the humidity module is that the water reservoir is kept outside the incubator, reducing the likelihood of bacteria being harboured inside the incubator reservoir itself.
The Humidity Pump is not a bolt on afterthought but a fully matched product designed to integrate seamlessly with the Octagon 20 Advance.
