Candling lamps are used to identify the fertility of pale, plain shelled eggs like those from most hens, ducks and geese.
The Brinsea OvaView candling lamp is low cost, battery powered candler, which uses LED lighting which gives off no heat but lots of bright focused light.
You can hold the OvaView in your hand or place it flat on a table for carrying out your inspection - the egg is held firmly in place by a flexible black ring.
Supplied with a set of 4 x AA batteries so you can get going straight away!
